1. We do not offer refunds for change of mind.
2. All orders are final once placed.
3. Payment must be made in full for order to be finalised and made ready for delivery.
4. Shipping is only available to Australian residents at this stage.
5. All Pop Vinyls $30 and over in value will be shipped in Pop Protector.

POP Vinyl Box Damage and Paint Flaws Funko POP! products are a cheaply made item, paint flaws occur on almost every product produced and are part of the "Norm" of the product.  Paint flaws are a natural part of the product.  Boxes are considered packaging and as a "Carrier" for the item, minor box dents and creases do not constitute a damaged item.  If you are very fussy about paint jobs and boxes being "Mint" please buy your products in-store and not online.  We will always send boxes we consider to be at least a 9 out of 10, but small marks and dents can be missed.  

POP Vinyls

1. Stock images will be used for all common pops.
2. Rare, Exclusive pops will have images of all four main sides of the box of item in stock at hand.
   
3. Please check all photos before purchase. We will show all major damages to boxes as possible.
   
4. Please feel free to ask for more photos. 

Snapbacks

1. All Hats Are In stock
2. Adjustable snapbacks are one size fits most please refer to the sizing chart on hat page.
3. Fitted hats can be ordered in if wanted (Subject to availability and have a lead time of 4 to 6 weeks)
4. Most Hats are a 100% Polyester.
